• 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
  1/2 cup crushed pineapples
  1 large peeled and chopped carrot
  
  

Instrukcja: Place all ingredients in a blender, cover and whiz on medium speed until well blended. Pour into a collins glass, and serve.
